Where it all began. It might've taken her nearly 12 hours to respond, but am I glad I sent that message of accepting rejection.

While I completely neglected to take photos of our first REAL date, this was one of the first times me and Sarah went out together after we were official. She often teases me of my wording of "the in-between stage".

Taken near a walking trail near her home, Sarah showed me some of her favorite spots of her hometown of Frankfort, KY. Even now, going on walks together and hearing her speak of her home brings me joy as I see her face light up with excitement recalling stories at the various locations.

Sarah showed me lots of new experiences. Including my first trip to Kings Island!

We took our first vacation together to Virginia Beach. We took some photos of some scenic spots on our road trip there.

Sarah had never seen the ocean before this and I made it a mission to let her share this sun rise with me.

Little did I know that at this particular act at Louder than Life, I'd realize I was truly in love with Sarah. During the encore, the lights and fire works were going off during the final song. We were all dancing and laughing and as cliché as it sounds, the way the light gleamed off her eye in that moment, it stopped me in my tracks. I thought to myself "I think I could get used to this." When the thought occurred to me, I paused, realizing the implications of what I just thought. Immediately, I reached down and grabbed some of the confetti streamers coming down to remember this moment by. The moment I realized I was in love with Sarah and that I needed her to be a permanent part of my life.

Took Sarah to Newport Aquarium for her birthday and got her "sea flap" plush as she calls it. It was a memorable trip for us both and where I took one of my favorite pictures of Sarah.

After much research and getting her family's blessing, I got her engagement ring and wedding band set. The big day is closing in.

After working up the courage, I asked Sarah, "Where is a place that you have bad memories?" She asked me why. I told her, "Because, I want to overwrite them with good ones.". She led us to Cove Springs park. On this day, the sun itself seemed envious of how brightly she shined. I wanted to make sure I had every detail preserved of this day. I took plenty of pictures of Sarah and the surrounding landscape as we walked together.

On this day, Sarah made me the happiest man alive. We have started down our path, no longer as individuals, but as partners. Strengthening one another so that we both may prosper. I've never been more excited for the rest of my life to begin and there's no one I'd rather share it with.
